This folder highlights Panorama's reproducibility report, which helps assess inter- and intra-day variability in targeted mass spec analyses. It contains data from two different, unrelated Skyline documents:

• 150604_VDBG_Hoofnagle_Precision_Merged.sky.zip: supplemental data from Measurement by a Novel LC-MS/MS Methodology Reveals Similar Serum Concentrations of Vitamin D–Binding Protein in Blacks and Whites, Henderson et al. Primary data is available in Panorama Public.
• UW_Cpep_Linearity_Imprecision_NoAnnotations.sky.zip: data from the TAMADOR project's study of human C-peptide, a 31-amino-acid polypeptide with a molecular mass of approximately 3020 Daltons.
