This folder contains raw data for the manuscript "Comparison of unit resolution versus high-resolution accurate mass for parallel reaction monitoring". The files are organized into folders, each containing subfolders with the raw data and the method files used. The folder "dia" contains the files used to create a chromatogram library and calibrate that library on the current instrument. The folder "matrix_matched" contains all files used to generate matrix matched dilution curves by diluting human plasma in chicken serum (see methods section). The folder "replicate_injections" contains all files used in performing 5 replicate injections with both the linear ion trap and Orbitrap using precursor isolation windows of 0.7 and 1.7 Th.
All Skyline documents used for analysis are included in the Targeted MS Runs section and described briefly below:

Subsequent processing of the data was done externally, and with the code available here. Skyline documents include calibration curves, but limit of quantitation was determined externally with the method described by Pino et al. (2020).
